Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone, 8(A) OR Small Business with the ability to provide BOILER PLANT IMPROVEMENTS for the Bronx VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services. Firms must be able to demonstrate experience for the required services, it is preferred if the applicant has provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. The applicant must also provide minimum of three (3) "REFERENCES" for providing same or similar services. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, BOILER PLANT IMPROVEMENTS VA-243-09-RQ-0458, then contain the following information within the body of the e-mail name of firm, Socio-Economic category of the firm (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8A, HUBZONE or SMALL BUSINESS), complete address, phone & fax number of contact.
