Description

W9128A-09-D-0005; FUNG ASSOCIATES RECOVERY -- PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9128A-09-D-0005; FUNG ASSOCIATES (DUNS: 007159986). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District intends to issue a task order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract Number W9128A-09-D-0005) with Fung Associates Inc for installing a photovoltaic system and new solar water heater on building 1780 at Aliamanu Military Reserve (AMR), Hawaii. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Fung Associates (under Contract Number W9128A-09-D-0005, which was previously competed and awarded in FY09. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
