- NOTICE OF INTENT26 August 2009This is a notice of intent of The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 to negotiate sole source, for the purchase of teleradiology services with XRAD, a Veteran Owned Small Business. The proposed period of performance shall be from October 1, 2009 until September 31, 2010, with two option years. The government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of 38 USC 8127, to conduct sole source acquistions with SDVOSBs or VOSBSs without competition. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 4, 2009. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. No solicitation is available at this time. All inquiries must be submitted by email to Harvey J. McGowan, Contract Specialist at harvey.mcgowan@va.gov by no later then September 4, 2009 @ 12:00 P.M. (Noon Eastern Standard Time).
