- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F3MTSS9132A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii)This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-35. (iv)This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332311; Small Business standard is 500. (v)This requirement consists of one line items: (vi) 0001 - Prefabricated Flammable Hazmat Storage Building. Manufacturer and part number: US Chemical Storage FIREloc: FL1210 Qty: 2 EA. Description: Must be forklift capable. 20 Drums/86 Sq. Ft/321.9 Gallons Sump Capacity. With 2-hour fire rated building designed for storage of flammables and combustibles within 75' of an occupied building. Nominal Dimensions: 12' X 10' X 9' Explosion Proof Interior and Exterior Lights, Explosion proof outlets, Static Ground Connectors, Mechanical explosion proof vent, Double Doors, Heavy Duty ramps (60"W X 88" L), Shelving (3 Tiers, LH/RH Side Wall). (vii) This requirement is for delivery FOB (Destination) to the 427th AFSOC at Pope AFB, NC. The delivery date of any resulting contract will be NLT 30 days after award. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
