- PR NO: 0022874387. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract.FOB Destination and Inspection at Origin required. Quantity variance is zero. This procurement is unrestricted. The NSN is as follows 5995-01-100-8433, for a qty of 461 with a delivery of 260 days ARO.. A subcontracting plan is not required. The source of supply for this item is Semco Instruments, Inc P/N AA2945-3. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
