- RECOVERY - EARTHQUAKE SEISMIC EQUIPMENT In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. To correct an inadvertent error in pricing, the Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has awarded a modification to Delivery Order #G09PD01603 under the Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract# G09PC00099 to Refraction Technology, Inc. of 1600 Tenth Street, Suite A, Plano, TX for Earthquake Seismic Equipment. The modification does not change the Period of Performance of ninety (90) days or the Place of Performance of Plano, TX. The Dollar Value of the administrative modification is $57.99 increasing the total delivery order price from $533,696.66 to $533,754.65. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5. Unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, have been included. (ATN #ARRA-SE0011.1M, TAS 14 0803)
