Description

J & A Visage Notice of Intent The 59th Medical Wing at Lackland Air Force Base has a requirement for the Visage CS System Bundle. The Government intends to procure these items on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government intends to negotiate a Fixed Price contract with Visage Imaging, 300 Brickstone Square, Ste 201, Andover, MA 01810. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be posted; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer NO LATER THAN September 1, 2009, 1730. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
