- Scope of Work FAR Clauses and DOL Wage Rates This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) is HSCG33-09-Q-6SRF95. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (see attached). This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to refurbish a five (5) story stairwell located at US Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Seattle, WA. Please see the attached Scope of Work for additional details/requirements. Prior to providing an offer/quote, a site visit shall be conducted. For site visit scheduling, please contact LT Bill Millward at (206)217-6572. Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and the Department Labor of Wage Rates for construction are included in this solicitation and are applicable (see attached). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0 million. This requirement is for a firm fixed contract. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 3:30 PM (PST) on September 11, 2009.
