- The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a Full and Open Competitive requirement for an AGARS G1000 Integration. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334511. All offers are due by 3:00 p.m., Central Time, on September 4, 2009. Offers must be submitted to DOT/FAA/MMAC, Bid and Proposal Office, AMQ-100, Multi-Purpose Building, Room 313, 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169 or via email to: Gilbert.Park@faa.gov. Please reference RFQ DTFAAC-09-Q-06217 on the outside of your mailing package. Offers received after this date will be determined to be late and will not be considered for award and will be filed with the official award file. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for a copy of the RFQ should be submitted in writing either via facsimile at 405-954-3030, or via e-mail to: Gilbert.Park@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer (must include RFQ form, Technical proposal, and Business Declaration form) that will be considered by the agency. --- This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
