- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number applicable to this announcement is F2UT519215A001. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/combined solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32, 14 May 2009. This requirement is set-aside exclusively for small business reservation below the simplified acquisition threshold; NAICS code: 335312; Size Standard: 1,000 employees. FSC: 6115. Bidding Schedule Information: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001: Converter, Frequency, Solid State, 120 KVA mounted on a Saginaw cart (Color: White) with weather cover in NEMA 3R enclosure approximately 22"(559 mm)H X 68"(1727mm)W X 60"(1524 mm)D rated at 120KVA (96KW @ 0.8 power factor, lagging) continuous duty in 55 degree Centigrade free air. Supply input 480V/3ph/60Hz, output 208/120V/3ph/400Hz (wye configuration). 400 HZ Output current ratings are: 333A RMS/LINE continuous, 366A RMS/LINE (110% / 1 hour), 416A RMS/LINE (125% / 10 minutes), 500A RMS/LINE (150% / 2 minutes), 667A RMS/LINE (200% / 20 seconds), and 999A RMS (300% / 6 seconds). MODEL # PFC096-H-40-FN-12P-CM4-WC, Mfr: FCX Systems, Inc. The following salient features are included: 1.) Line side circuit breaker with electrical door interlock. 2.) Input and Output voltage will be shown on LCD control panel via command from the key pad. 3.) Input and Output frequencies will be shown on LCD display on command from the key pad. 4.) Input and Output amps will be shown on LCD control panel via command from the key pad. 5.) Main door Status indicatos: Power On, Converter On, Module Fault, Input Voltage Fault, Output Voltage Fault,, Overload, 28V E/F Present, 28V E/F Bypass Mode, and Alarm Silenced. 6.) Main Door Controls: Start, Stop/ Reset, Output 1 On, Output 1 Off, and Emergency Stop. 7.) Digital diagnostic system with fault indications provided on the LCD display. 8.) Lampt Test push button (tests all door mounted lamps and the digital fault displays. 9.) Elapsed time indicator with 0 to 99,999 hr. range (non-resetable). ET meter includes 0.1 hr. digit. 10.) Audible Alarm with alarm silence switch and "Silence" indicator. 11.) Aircraft Interlock (E/F) circuitry with bypass switch. 12.) Electrical door interlock switches with bypass switch. 13.) Three (3) pole, non-automatic output circuit breaker, operable from front of unit, with shunt trip coil interlocked with protective devices. 14.) Twelve (12) pulse input power rectification system designed to produce less than 10% total harmonic input current distortion at rated load. 15.) Start up and Shutdown Instructions on front door. 16.) Complete instruction manual with spare parts listing. Price shall include certified factory testing, 1 each operatior and maintenancne manual, and standard 12 month commercial warranty.
