- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) have a requirement to procure the following service: Vitamin D Screening of Human Plasma Samples Sample volume requested for each specimen is 0.3ml of serum Number of samples: 1600 Basis for Award: Offerors must provide descriptive literature or other material that demonstrates their offer meets the forgoing requirements. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer fully meets the requirements of the solicitation and provides the best value to the Government. Offerors may request a copy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in writing to the Contracting Office Address listed or via email to: robinsti@mail.nih.gov prior to the closing date of this notice or before September 8, 2009 @ 1:00 pm EST. It is anticipated that RFQ - NICHD2009064 will be available thirteen (13) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due six (6) days after the release of the RFQ. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address. Email quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and an authorized company representative signature.
