Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9127S-09-T-0226. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quote. The procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335911 - small business size standard is 500 employees. The Army Corps of Engineers is requesting quotes for one (1 ea.) station battery replacement with seismic racks. The offered product must comply with the attached specifications. The Contractor warrants the supplies furnished under this contract from defective parts and workmanship for three (3) year. Vendor shall attach copy of warranty. DELIVERY: Delivery shall be made to the Bull Shoals Powerhouse, Attn: Steve Hernandez or Dion Cruz, 2737 Powerhouse Road, Bull Shoals State Park, Lakeview, AR 72642 within 120 days ARO.
