Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers undersolicitation number VA786-09-RP-0399 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and suppliesnecessary to furnish onsite inscription service for granite uprightheadstones as well as flat granite markers to the Government forSouthern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, WI 53182from 1 Oct 2009 through 30 September 2010 with 4 one year options ifexercised by the Government. All work shall be performed in accordancewith the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract.This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran OwnedSmall Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliverthe completed product to the cemetery within ten (10) calendar days fromthe date the order was issued by Memorial Program Services (MPS).Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descendingorder: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronicsolicitations will be available for download fromhttp://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around September 2, 2009. Responses tothe solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 16, 2009. Offerors areadvised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to thesolicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
