Description
SOURCES SOUGHT FOR LOW PASS FILTERS. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or multiple contracts nor does it obligate the Government to provide reimbursement for any preparation or documentation that the Government receives from this notice. The Regional Contracting Center - Balad is contemplating awarding a Commercial Firm Fixed Price contract for Low Pass Filters. It is the Government's intent to award one (1) contract for this effort. The requirement is as follows: Nomenclatures: Low Pass Filter Qty: 150 Required Delivery Date: 30 days after contract award. Ship to Address: 332 ESFG/A6 Radio Maint Bldg. 7709 New Yor Ave. Joint Base Balad, Iraq Specifications: Passband: [0.3 - 88] MHz Passband Loss: 1.0 dB (max) Passband V.S.W.R.: 1.5:1 (max) Rejection: 15 dB (min) @ 93 MHz 50 dB (min) from [110 - 1200] MHz 30 dB (approx) from [1200 - 2400] MHz Power: 50 Watts CW (max) Impedance: 50Ω Connectors: BNC - female Environment: Indoor Operating Temperature Range: 25° C ±10° C Estimated Size: 10.0" x 2.0" x 2.0" {inches} Finish: Green epoxy Paint (per MIL-C-22750) COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) is desired, but quotes for custom made units will be accepted and reviewed in accordance with the required specifications. A sample model will be required for testing to ensure compatiablity. If the unit passes inspection then it will be accepted as a part of the delivery. If it is rejected it will be returned to the vendor at no cost. The Regional Contracting Center - Balad is requesting information from all prospective contractors to determine the interest in this type of requirement. No size restrictions. The NAICS code for the requirement shall be 541513 and the size standard of $25,000,000 should be used to for small business concerns. In your response, please include the following: 1. Name of Company 2. Point of Contact (Name, Phone Number and Email address) 3. Type of Company (i.e. Small, Large, 8A) 4. Experience: Please submit no more than five (5) completed contracts indicative of a command communication support during wartime operations, include point of contact, contract number, and short description of work completed. Email must be less than 5MB. The Regional Contracting Center - Balad will contact you if any additional information is required.
