- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM), NATIONAL OPERATIONS CENTER (NOC), DENVER, CO., NATIONAL FUELS REDUCTION IDIQ CONTRACT. This is not a solicitation. The BLM, NOC, DENVER, CO. has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for fuels reduction services in Nevada. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing IDIQ contract against line item 0009 (Fuels Modification Zone Construction Woodland/Shrub-land) services in support of the approved Sunrise Tree Thinning Project. This five year contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The awarded contract was to a variety on individual firms. The Task order will be firm fixed price. Receipt of the award is contingent on the recipients meeting the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act PROJECT INFORMATION: Work under this contract consists of providing tree thinning services for the improvement of sage grouse habitat.
