The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in locating sources capable of drilling a replacement water well at the Kika De La Garza Plant Material Center, Kingsville, TX. Potential sources must have a DUNS number, be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov), and be available to perform the work in the very near future.
