- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TO INSTALL A NEW POST-FRAMECONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT SHELTER AT FORT LYON NATIONAL CEMETERY LOCATED INBENT COUNTY IN LAS ANIMAS, COLORADO. This project is funded form the American Recovery and Reinvestment Actof 2009. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National CemeteryAdministration, is soliciting bids under Solicitation NumberVA-786A-09-RA-0157 for the following: Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, materials,tools and equipment necessary to install a new post-frame constructionequipment shelter. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and$100,000. CONTRACT DURATION: The performance period is approximately 120 calendardays from date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS: 236220SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRMFIXED-PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT UNDER SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED(SDVOSB) SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Award will be made on a competitivebasis under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 14 to a responsibleSDVOSB responding to this solicitation. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting ofthe Invitation for Bid (IFB) details and specifications may be accessedONLY via FedBizzOpps at http://www.fedbizzops.gov. No telephonerequests will be accepted. The solicitation and statement of work willbe released for issue on September 14, 2009.
