Description

REQUIRED: Approximately 400-450 BOMA parking spaces, fully serviced and maintained for use by Oklahoma City VA.LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Parking Garage located at 815 NE 15th Street, Oklahoma City, OK through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs and must be fully serviced and maintained by the owner to include gate access, security, winter maintenance, parking lot re-striping, signage, and landscaping.LEASE TERM: Five year fixed term beginning on or about October 1, 2009OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agency only may submit properties for consideration.Interested offerors can be submitted in letter form or via email to Beverly.Kimball@va.gov or via fax (405-456-5123) no later than 4:00PM EST, Friday, September 4th, 2009.
