- RFQ Statement of Work The purpose of this action is to establish a contract for Roof Repair at the Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine March Air Reserve Facility. The contractor shall include a performance bond letter in its proposal. An on-site inspection visit is required prior to submission of your bid proposal for this contract. A site visit for inspection and questions is scheduled. The site location will be given to interested respondents of this RFQ. For site visit only: All proposers must contact the Contract Specialist, Sharon Brown via email (Sharon.brown1@dhs.gov) by COB September 4, 2009. No request(s) for site visit will be extended past this date. An on-site inspection of facility is mandatory. Only vendors within a 60 mile raduis may apply.
