- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the purchase/install of Gazebos at the Dorms, Building 875, 877, and 879. This requirement shall be set-aside 100% for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F1T2AR9222A001. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 321992, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Please identify/confirm your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: Item Description of Requirements for Item to be Acquired Quantity Unit 0001-AA Purchase and install 12' treated pine octagon gazebo with metal roof. Standard pine decking, 1x3 standard railings, standard posts, braces. Cupola: Brown metal roof, 2 coats cedar tone stain/sealer with Hurricane resistant package and tie downs; with hidden wiring and two receptacles. FOB destination. 3 EA 0002-AA On site assembly on existing concrete pads during business hours 0800-1600. 3 EA No contract financing will be provided in accordance with FAR 32.003 & 32.201-1(b)(2).
