- The FAA Eastern Logistics Service Area (ELSA), Boston Office, has a new construction requirement for the Replacement of Air Handling Units, Humidifier Units, and Hot Water Heaters a the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center, Nashua, NH. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The period of performance is One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. This project is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Contractor must have successfully completed similar projects both in dollar amount and scope. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement. An onsite site visit will be conducted on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 9:00AM. Your presence is strongly recommended. You must contact Dennis Debello at 978-855-3322 for details, within 48 hours of the scheduled visit in order to attend. No one should try to gain entry/access to the ATCT without an FAA escort. The RFO closes at 2:00PM on Monday Setember 14, 2009. All proposals in accordance with RFO #DTFANE-09-R-00658, must be received by the closing time and date. The estimated price range of this requirement is $100,000.00 to 250,000.00.
