- Services to prepare, produce and publish a weekly civilian enterprise newspaper known as the Cannoneer for an Army Post, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This is a no cost contract. The requirement for this newspaper shall be for the period of October 1, 2009 September 30, 2010 with 4 twelve year option periods. This request for the proposal is the publication and distribution of a weekly base newspaper for the Army Post, Fort Sill, OK. The purpose of this requirement is to carry news, features, supplements, factual information and other information of member of the Army Post, Fort Sill, Oklahoma community. The civilian enterprise newspaper shall be prepared, published and distributed at no cost to the Government, however, the contractor shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publications. The standard North American Industry 511110 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All offerors shall be required to submit a technical proposal in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation. The solicitation will be forthcoming within 1 to 2 days from the posting of this synopsis. Contractors interested in doing business with the government are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). The closing date for this requirement is August 26, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. CST.
