- Construction: This office will issue Request for Proposal N66540090019 for Replace Existing Roof at the Visitor Center, Pipestone, Minnesota. The solicitation will close on or about 16 September 2009. This solicitation is being advertised as a Full and Open solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION CAN BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED IF YOU ARE A MICHIGAN FIRM. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 238160 with a size standard of $14,000,000 in average gross annual receipts for the past 3 fiscal years. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site Visit: There will be an organized site visit on 4 September 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Central time. The work of this solicitation consists of demolition of the existing roof and installation of a new one as per the specifications.
