- The purpose of this amendment is to change the following:--A. The total value of this solicitation is not expected to exceed $2,000,000,000.00--B. The minimum bonding capacity for a single project must be at least $25,000,000.00 - evidence will be required--C. The Phase One of the solicitation process will be posted on or around September 18, 2009; Phase One proposals will be due on October 15, 2009. The selected best qualified companies will be invited to participate in Phase Two on November 2, 2009. Expected award date - December 2, 2009. This amendment also serves to inform interested parties that the Service does not intend to set aside this requirement to a socio-economic program and all large businesses considered for award will be required to submit a Subcontracting Plan prior to award. The Task Order value range is expected to significantly vary and not be limited between $100,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
