- The Social Security Administration, Region II, requires a contractor to replace the existing concrete walkway on the Archer Avenue side of the Joseph P. Addabbo Federal Building located at 155-10 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, Queens, NY. The estimated value is between $100,000 and $200,000. This is a HUBZone Small Business Set Aside to be conducted using procedures primarily in FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5 million.
