- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide ground ambulance service to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Requirement will include all labor, vehicles and materials, be fully licensed, insured, equipped and staffed to provide ground ambulance services to eligible beneficiaries of VAMC Martinsburg, WV. All vehicles proposed must meet the minimum vehicle requirements as mandated by Federal Specifications. It is the VA's intent to solicit offers and award not more than five (5) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinit-Quanity (IDIQ) Contracts. Competition for this procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621910 and the applicable size standard is $7.0 million. The offeror shall obtain any and all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this work in the State of WV. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, http://www.ccr.gov, and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from only responsible and responsive contractors. The procurement is subject to availability of funds.
