- Limited Source Justification (LSJ) This is a limited source award notice published in accordance with GSA Acquisition Letter V-09-02. Award was made to Intelligent Automation Corporation (IAC) for the purchase of Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) kits and one-year of technical services to field these HUMS kits into the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Helicopter. Customer is the Armed Scout Helicopter Program Management Office in Red Stone Arsenal, AL. Award was made in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 (b)(1), only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. See attached Limited Source Justification (LSJ).
