- This solicitation is available as of August 28, 2009 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. Description: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.Project Title: Asbestos removal and disposal at six properties at Lake Quinault, Washington. The National Park Service requires a firm fixed-price service contract to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, expertise, and any other incidentals necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of this project in accordance to the Statement of Work. The NAICS code for this project is 562910 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. This procurement is a "Request for Quotation" (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Responses are due by or on September 11, 2009, 4:30pm PDT. Responses from bidders will be accepted via mail, facsimile (208) 843-7007), or electronically at IDEASEC. The contract is to be completed within 60 days of the notice to proceed. Search by referencing solicitation number Q9500090049. Individual requests for solicitation packages will not be accepted.
