- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for a Gravimetric Fuel Measurement device. Due to the specialized nature of the technology for the measurement device, the Government intends to negotiate with AVL North America on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these products. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition procedures. This action is set aside for Small Business. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed or emailed to the attention of Betty Goddard, elizabeth.goddard@navy.mil, (301) 757-8959 by COB 7 Sep 2009. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
