- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED FROM 1064433 TO 09-223-SOL-00247. The Food and Drug Administration, Office of Acquisition and Grants Services, contemplates issuing a solicitation using Full and Open Competition procedures and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the removal of plastic plumbing and the installation of a 1” Schedule 80 PVC Recirculating Deionized Water Distribution loop located at the Food and Drug Administration, Annex 1 building in Atlanta, GA. NAICS CODE 238220, Size Standard: $14.0M. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Solicitations may be viewed online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This will be the only means of obtaining the solicitation/award. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments there to. Thus, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders' mailing list. It is, therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposals/quotes or amendments thereto, may render the offeror non-responsive and result in the rejection of the offer. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organization Representations and Certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. Failure to do so will render offers non-responsive. Telephone requests for solicitations/amendments will not be accepted. All quotes must be received at this office not later than the date and time specified in the solicitation or any amendments thereto. The solicitation will be released on or about August 24, 2009.
