- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for the acquisition of Thales ATM Mark I Remote Control and Status Units (RCSU), part number 098606-0300. The FAA is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract with an annual estimated quantity of 54 units. The requirement is for a base year and includes option provisions to renew for four additional 1-year periods, to be exercised at the sole discretion of the FAA. The Mark I Remote Control and Status Units are only known to be available from Thales ATM, Shawnee Mission, KS. Thales ATM is the manufacturer and has proprietary rights to the Mark I Remote Control and Status Units. Thales ATM is the proprietary owner of the technical drawings. The FAA has no rights to this hardware, data and information. Please include #09-04627 for any responses to this survey.
