- This notice is being updated via this Amendment to clarify that all contractors classified as small businesses under this NAICS code are eligible to participate in the sources sought announcement. The portion that was inserted that said 'this opportunity is available only to contractors under W91ZLKXXCXXXX' was inserted by the Fedbizopps system and is confusing and inaccurate. There is no contract at this point and a solicitation has not been issued. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation after the end of the fiscal year in the end of October through end of November time frame. The remainder of the announcement from the last update (and the attachment) remains unchanged. Additionally, the W91ZLKXXCXXXX is simply a place-holder number that was created since the system requires a number to post any announcement. The actual solicitation will have the same first 5 digits, but will be a fiscal year 2010 requirement, likely followed by an R and then a number such as 0001, 0002, etc. For example, W91ZLK10R0001. Finally, there is not an incumbent contractor that is eligible to compete on this potential requirement.
