THIS OPPORTUNIY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: Weeks Marine, Inc. W91278-09-D-0015, Civil Works, Operation & Maintenance Program. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded a firm-fixed priced Task Order 0003 against basic Contract W91278-09-D-0015, a contract which was previously competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract on December 3, 2008. The scope of work of this task order is for maintenance and dredging of Horn Island Pass, Pascagoula, MS. This award includes both Recovery Act funds and non-Recovery Act funds.
