- Statement of Work SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: F2X0CH9230A007 CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION COORDINATOR THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT; A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) is to determine if there are sources that can supply an existing requirement. The Government is seeking, qualified, experienced sources with information to serve as a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator. The incubent will serve as a resource person, advisor and coordinator of RE for the Maxwell Air Force Base Catholic Community. The coordinator consults and coordinates with the Catholic chaplain, who in turn monitors the contractor's work.The work area will be located at the Office of the Wing Chaplain on Maxwell AFB for the period 30 Sept 09 through 31 Aug 10. Please see the attached Statement of Work for further details. Therefore, the Government is requesting that interested concerns furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address(s). (2) Type of business, i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HubZone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc. (3) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code E-mail responses to this request for information are preferred, and should be sent to: ashley.webb.ctr@maxwell.af.mil. All questions must be submitted in writing and forwarded to the aforementioned point of contact. Mailed responses should be submitted to the attention of Ashley R.
