- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL08-D-0063-0003. EAR, Const & Sup Svc., of Riverside, CA. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Los Angeles District has a requirement to replace approximately 3,200 LF of existing 27 inch RC water main along Utah Avenue between Montana Avenue and its connection to the 36 inch water main entering VAFB near the Utah Gate. Existing pipe to be replaced with new 8 inch-30 inch HDPE lines suitable for minimum hydraulic pressure of 350 psi. Includes all supporting connections, pipes, thrust blocks, valves, and appurtenances.
