Description: The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC) acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD. on behalf of the Radiology Department intends to award a sole source procurement to Sun Nuclear Corporation for a MapCHECK 2 - 2D IMRT Q/A System with accessories and 1 year of hardware and software maintenance. The proposed contracrt action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
