Description

SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a sole source contract, in accordancewith the procedures of FAR 13.5 and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source,to First Databank, Inc, San Bruno, CA for the continuance of subscription,maintenance and support licenses on the Drug-Drug Interaction Module(DDIM), National Drug Data File (NDDF) and Enhanced Framework Data Bundle(EFDB)license database (d/b) software, throughout Department ofDefense Health Affairs (DoD HA). These annual subscriptions includetechnology upgrades and licensing. First Databank is the developer, owner, andonly supplier of the software known as DDIM, NDDF and EFDB. A commercial,firm-fixed-price type contract is anticipated with a base period of one yearandthree one-year options. Theapplicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is511210, and the size standard is $25 million. This notice of intent is not arequest for competitive proposals. Any questions relating to this announcementor interested party inquiries are due in writing no later than seven (7) daysfrom the date this notice is published.
