- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL-08-D-0078-0003. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABALE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER W912PL-08-D-0078, T.O. 0003, Hal Hays Construction, Inc., of Riverside, CA THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Los Angeles District has a requirement to replace approximately 130 LF of 6 and 2,270 LF of 8cast iron pipe; and 380 LF of 21 reinforced concrete pipe in the main cantonment area of Vandenberg AFB. Existing pipe to be replaced with new 8-20 HDPE waterlines reinforced concrete pipe. Installation will include all necessary valves, fittings, environmental monitoring, site restoration, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete project.
