- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912DQ-09-D-1017-0005. Awardee is Win/All Pro (A JOINT VENTURE), DUNS # 142908479. The Kansas City District, Corps of Engineers will be issuing a task order award on or about 8 September 2009 for replacement of compressed air line system at the Milford Dam, Milford Lake, Milford, KS. Work shall consist of removing all components of the old air line system and installing a new system. The contractor shall furnish all manpower, equipment and tools necessary to provide the required services. The NAICS code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. This procurement will be a Sole Source award in accordance with FAR Part 19, and DFAR Part 219. Reference is made to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5) and 10U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5) as the authority for use of other than full and open competition. The magnitude of this construction award is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
