- RECOVERY-This office will issue Request for Quote N6620090042 for the ARRA Water Wells for Bumgarder and Warner Homes for Sleeping Bear Dunes Historical Lakeshore, Empire, Michigan. The solicitation is set aside just for companies in the Michigan area in order to stimulate their economy. The solicitation will close on or about 11 September 2009. This solicitation is SET ASIDE IAW FAR 19.10 FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSE PARTICIPATION.PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION CAN BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ACCEPTED IF YOU ARE A MICHIGAN FIRM. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 237110 with a size standard of $33,500,000 in average gross annual receipts for the past 3 fiscal years. Recovery Buy-American Clauses apply. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Emerging Small Businesses. The work of this solicitation consists of drilling two wells; one for Bumgardner House and one for Warner House for Glen Haven Historic District of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Empire, Michigan as per the specifications. _______________________________________________________________________________ Obtaining Solicitation Documents: Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.fbo.gov) and firms in the Michigan area can call the contract person for a copy of the request for quote or visit FBO for a copy. In order to request a copy of the solicitation, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company's DUNS number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024, and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN).
