- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9TC960 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36,and DFARS change notice 20090825. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concern. The NAICS code is 337214 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is requirement is for the delivery and installation of Office Partitions. Please state discount terms and note your warranty information. This is a brand name or equal requirement. The contractor shall provide the following items: ITEM 0001: Qty: 1 EA, Partitions, All product must be able to be attached to the existing KI System 3000, Color is Blue Grey. The requirement calls for the existing panels which are 66"h to be replaced with 80"h with the measurements being 26' long and 13' wide boxed. 1 door will be place on one side of the panels. Work includes delivery, installation and disposal of all unwanted materials. ITEM 0002: Qty: 1 EA, Partitions, All product must be able to be attached to the existing KI System 3000, Color is Blue Grey. The requirement calls for the existing panels which are 66"h to be replaced with 84"h. This is for 1 wall only, with the measurement being 135" across. 1 door will be place onto theses panels. Work includes delivery, installation and disposal of all unwanted materials. ITEM 0003: Qty: 1 EA, Partitions, All product must be able to be attached to the existing KI System 3000, Color is Blue Grey. The requirement calls for the existing panels which are 66"h to be replaced with 80"h with the measurements being 12'6" long and 7'10" wide boxed. 1 door will be place on one of the panels. Work includes delivery, installation and disposal of all unwanted materials. ITEM 0004: Qty: 1 EA, 1 EA, Partitions, All product must be able to be attached to the existing KI System 3000, Color is Blue Grey. The requirement calls for the two islands to be added to existing workstations. And the addition of 5 shelves, Tasklights and overhead Flipper Door Unit. Work includes delivery, installation and disposal of all unwanted materials. Ship To: HQ AFSFC/SFXT, ATTN: MSgt Sharon Wilson, HQ AFSFC/SFXT, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. The quote should include descriptive literature and must be effective at least 30 Days. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies; quotes will be evaluated based on most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate quotes: Lowest price technically acceptable. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractors must have current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database at http://orca.bpn.gov. If 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items have been completed online at http://orca.bpn.gov, provide DUNS code. FOB Destination is required.
