- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124A05A00010108. RECOVERY PROJECT NUMBER CAB000563J, REPAIR 4160V ELECTRIC LINE AT LAAF. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO SULPHUR SPRINGS VALLEY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, THE ELECTRICAL PRIVATIZATION CONTRACTOR UNDER W9124A05A00010108. The Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Operations Branch, Fort Huachuca, Arizona will issue a Request for Proposal for the repair of existing 4160 volt system that distributes electrical power to Libby Army Air Field (LAAF), at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This requirement is a sole source award in accordance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) 6.302-1(a) (2) for a services call order under contract W9124A05A0001 to Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative. The contractor shall repair all wiring along with associated devices such as transformers and switches. This project has a complete and detailed scope of work. This is not a solicitation for a Requirements Contract. The magnitude with a period of performance for 365 days is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 221122- Electric Power Distribution.
