- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91CRB09R0009. RDECOM Contracting Center has released solicitation W91CRB-09-R-0009 for the Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTC-A) Ministry of Defense (MoD) Program Support requirement on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). The purpose of the MoD Support Program is to procure contractor services of qualified personnel to provide dedicated in-depth mentoring, training, subject matter expertise, and programmatic support to assist CSTC-A in the execution of its mission to develop organic operational capability within the Afghan MoD and Afghan National Army. This solicitation will lead to a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for a two-year base period with one one-year option via Full and Open Competition.
