- Naval Special Warfare Group Four, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk, VA. anticipates to award a sole source purchase order to Myco Trailer LLC. located in Bradenton Florida. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336214 This is sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), In accordance with the 11M Rigid Inflatable Boat Material Fielding Plan, paragraph 2.2.1.11, which specifically lists that a MYCO trailer Model MG36XXHTR be used as stated in the Operational Requirementsa Document (ORD). Since MYCO trailers are mandated by SOCOM, the Government intends to Solicit and Negotiate Directly with MYCO Trailers for 2 each Myco Trailers MG36XXHTR 11M Naval Special Warfare Rigid Inflatable Boat Tilt Air... FOB: Dest. All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the foregoing product may submit a written Statement of Capabilities. The Statement of Capabilities must contain sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform this requirement. Send responses to this notice within 15 days of Synopsis Publication to Ms. Ruby Phillips ( ruby.phillips@nsweast.socom.mil ) with Copy to: Ms. Mary Tuttle ( mary.tuttle@nsweast.socom.mil ). Information furnished shall include enough detailed documentation to allow the government to perform a proper evaluation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This Notice is not a request for Competitive Proposals. A Solicitation will NOT be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Governmetn in future procurements. See Numbered Note 22.
