Description
EZ Go Shuttle 4 TXT Gas Golf Cart This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. F1D1049138A001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 423110 with a size standard of 100 employees. The proposed contract is 100 percent set aside for small business. CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS: 0001: EZ Go Shuttle 4 TXT Gas Golf Cart with standard equipment and the following options: Dimensional Specifications: • Weight: 1,014 lbs • Length: 133 inches • Width: 46.5 inches • Height: 48.6 inches at steering wheel • Top Height: 73.0 inches • Wheel Base: 93.5 inches • Front Wheel Tread: 38.0 inches • Outside Clearance Circle: 29 feet • Tires: 18 x 8.50 x 8 (4 ply rated) • Load Capacity: 1,200 lbs including operator, passengers, accessories and cargo. • Seating: Vacuum formed fabric backed vinyl covers over thick cushion foam. Standard seating for operator and three passengers. • Bed size: 42.5 inches wide x 32 inches long Features: • Body & Finish: Durashield body of automotive quality injection molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). Molded-in color with automotive color coat/clear coat finish. • Chassis: Welded high yield strength tubular steel with Durashield powder coat paint • Safety: Dash mounted key switch, reverse warning indicator, "deadman" accelerator control, integral handgrip on hip restraints, manual forward/reverse selector, horn • Dash Panel: 4 position drink holders of scuff resistant glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic olefin. • Steering Wheel: Hi-tech design with dual handgrips, pencil holder and clip/holder • Convenience Items: Center position grab handle for rear seat passengers, cargo bed with wood stake side kit. • Gas powered • Headlights • Tail lights • Turn signals • Rear view mirrors • Patriot blue paint • Top cover • Windscreen QTY: 1 EA UNIT PRICE: tiny_mce_marker _____________. Required delivery is located at 1 Helicopter Squadron 1914 Arnold Avenue Andrews AFB, MD 20762 within 30 days after contract award. FOB is destination and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed price. The contracting officer shall follow FAR 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items for contractor's failure to perform satisfactory services or failure to correct non-conforming services. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and Addendum to FAR CLAUSE 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition are as follows: 52.252-1 http://farsite.hill.af.mil, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 2), and 252.225-7000. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluations-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforms to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If additional information is required to support price reasonableness, each offeror may be required to provide a hard copy of their price break-down. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in the offerors quote being determined unacceptable. FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representatives and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, a completed copy with its offer.
