- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure a Radar Range & Doppler Target Generator on a sole source basis from Acorde US, Inc., 11760 West Executive Drive, Ste 220, Boise, ID 83713. The required delivery is 30 days after the date of the order. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price order. Delivery is FOB destination Dahlgren Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees and the Federal Supply Class is 5999. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The closing date is 12:00 p.m. 4 September 2009. Anticipated award date is 18 September 2009. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Quotes may be submitted to maryann.piersall@navy.mill or faxed to (540) 653-6810, Attn: CXS13-9. Reference Request for Quotation Number N00178-09-Q-3233 on all correspondence. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR on the Internet at www.ccr.gov.
