Description
24. Does the "updated Statement of work" (SOW) constitute the entire SOW or is it an amendment to the previously posted SOW? This is a completely new SOW 25. Do the red annotations on the provided Acrobat floor plans depict the locations of the existing Heliax Leaking RF System? NO 26. Please provide a schematic representation of the active and passive components of the existing Heliax leaking RF system in electronic format. Provide a materials list as well. Providing schematics representations of the existing system is irrelevant to the SOW. 27. As written, the updated SOW describes periods where the current system will be powered off. To properly survey the entire facility on all frequencies may require an outage of many hours at a time. Is DGMC prepared for the potential impact such an outage of the existing system may have on the operational requirements of the medical center? Yes 28. Please explain what specific radio systems will be measured during the 150-300 MHz survey. Code Blue 29. The updated SOW refers to RF Survey "to 6 GHz, yet no specific survey of the eight example coverage test maps utilize frequencies to that range. Is the 6 GHz reference in error? This was used for future expansion but does not require testing at this time 30. The updated SOW describes the work primarily as an RF Coverage Survey of the existing system, is this correct? Yes 31. Is there an expected alternative system design deliverable expected under this SOW? For example, will the selected vendor still be required to select antenna sites to improve coverage for existing wireless systems? There is no expected alternative system design mentioned in the SOW 32. If an alternative design is expected under this SOW, please describe the design deliverables desired. There is no expected alternative system design mentioned in the SOW 33. The updated SOW states that "The survey must guarantee at minimum 99.9% building area wide coverage tested." Please explain this requirement in further detail. As described in the SOW "DGMC encompasses over 808,475 net square feet with 3,662 rooms, 350 inpatient beds, 41 aero medical staging beds and 52 dental treatment rooms" 99.9% of this area needs to be tested.
