- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has a requirement for the software and maintenance as outlined below. This is only a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis; and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. The reference number for this requirement is 08AS02. It is the intent of the government to award this requirement to Oculus Info Inc, the manufacturer and sole-provider of this software and maintenance. No vendors are authorized to resell this product on behalf of Oculus Info Inc. No other vendor is capable of supplying a product that meets the required form, fit, and function requirements of NGA at this time. BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION: The Oculus GeoTime software allows users to visualize data in a temporal and spatial environment and assist in the analysis of various sources of data. The GeoTime software also allows users to network with the ArcGIS software package. Key Capabilities include: fused temporal/geospatial workspace, ability to display multiple tracks, communications and entities, network analysis tools, timeline track comparison, and the ability to integrate data sources and workflows. Item 1 Ten (10) Single User licenses of Geo Time, the geo-temporal interactive analysis tool. QTY 1 EA Item 2 First Year annual maintenance that provides all updates and new releases for Geo Time for one year for "Ten (10) Single User Licenses." QTY 1 EA Item 3 Up to 4 hours of telephone support. QTY 1 EA Delivery is FOB Destination to: NGA Washington Navy Yard 1200 First St. SE, Washington, DC 20303 Delivery is FOB Destination. Total cost shall also include any shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Vendors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification--Commercial Items, with their offer if ORCA Certifications have not been completed.
