Description
RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE GSA SCHEDULE NUMBER 874 SIN 874 7. The Department of Interior (DOI), National Business Center (NBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), DC Office has a requirement for ARRA Program Management Support (Phase 2). The scope of work includes the following: -Support the DOI and the Bureaus in the implementation of operational improvements, corrective actions and other recommendations arising from bureau assessments; -Support the DOI and the Bureaus in the establishment of the key components of the monitoring and oversight plan. This will encompass the implementation of flexible and informative tools, processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate the progress on obligation and outlay rates and project completion, as well as compliance with standard and ARRA specific regulations and reporting requirements; -Provide staff and otherwise support the ongoing operations of the DOI Recovery Act Office including the performance of regular monitoring and evaluation of the progress on obligation and outlay rates, project completion, ongoing risk management, and compliance with standard and ARRA specific regulations and reporting requirements; and -As needed, provide additional resources in direct support of any necessary risk mitigation or performance improvement initiatives identified during the period of delivery of the DOI ARRA program. The solicitation (RFQ392957) and any documents related to this procurement will be available on or about September 2, 2009 via GSA's eBuy website. Only responses submitted via eBuy will be considered.
