- The AF ISR Agency Contracting Division at Lackland AFB (Kelly Annex), TX intends to award a Purchase Order to SirsiDynix, 400 Dynix Dr, Provo, UT 84604 on a SOLE SOURCE Basis. SirsiDynix is the creator of the specialized library software, STILAS which is used in the 453 EWS Techncial Library. This software is proprietary to SirsiDynix and they are the only provider who can provide migration of the systems, the data, the database tables, and to ensure proper functionality of the systems. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1)) (SOLE SOURCE) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (i). REQUIREMENT: 1 EA - Installation Implementation Services and 1 EA - Hardware Staging and Installation Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals in accordance with FAR 6.301(d). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the size standard is $25M. The requirement is FOB Destination. Place of performance is 453 EWS/EWDR, 102 Hall Blvd, Suite 315, San Antonio, TX 78243. Payment of invoices will be made by DFAS-LI. The estimated completion date of all requirements listed is 31 Oct 2009. The following clauses and provisions apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror Commercial Items. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
